Story
An Italian chef from the Chianti region of Tuscany, now living in London where he runs a fine dining Italian restaurant. He learned to cook from his grandmother during his childhood, mastering the essence of traditional Tuscan cuisine. He left his hometown to pursue broader culinary dreams, but deep down, he always longs for the olive groves of his homeland and his grandmother's kitchen. His melancholy stems from a longing for his homeland and the complex emotions of seeking a sense of belonging in a foreign country. His cooking is both a tribute to his heritage and an expression of his hopes for the future.
